SUMMARY:Speaking the Gospel with Clarity
DESCRIPTION:Blessed is the man who doesn’t walk in the counsel of the wicked\, nor stand in the way of sinners\, nor sit in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in Yahweh’s law. On his law he meditates day and night. He will be like a tree planted by the streams of water\, that brings forth its fruit in its season\, whose leaf also does not wither.

SUMMARY:Readings of the New Testament
DESCRIPTION:Why do you boast of mischief\, mighty man? God’s loving kindness endures continually. Your tongue plots destruction\, like a sharp razor\, working deceitfully. You love evil more than good\, lying rather than speaking the truth. You love all devouring words\, you deceitful tongue. God will likewise destroy you forever. He will take you up\, and pluck you out of your tent\, and root you out of the land of the living. The righteous also will see it\, and fear\, and laugh at him\, saying\, «Behold\, this is the man who didn’t make God his strength\, but trusted in the abundance of his riches\, and strengthened himself in his wickedness.» But as for me\, I am like a green olive tree in God’s house. I trust in God’s loving kindness forever and ever. I will give you thanks forever\, because you have done it. I will hope in your name\, for it is good\, in the presence of your saints.

SUMMARY:When in need\, ask your God for help.
DESCRIPTION:Why do the nations rage\, and the peoples plot a vain thing? The kings of the earth take a stand\, and the rulers take counsel together\, against Yahweh\, and against his Anointed\, saying\, «Let’s break their bonds apart\, and cast their cords from us.» He who sits in the heavens will laugh. The LORD will have them in derision. Then he will speak to them in his anger\, and terrify them in his wrath: «Yet I have set my King on my holy hill of Zion.» I will tell of the decree. Yahweh said to me\, «You are my son. Today I have become your father. Ask of me\, and I will give the nations for your inheritance\, the uttermost parts of the earth for your possession. You shall break them with a rod of iron. You shall dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel.» Now therefore be wise\, you kings. Be instructed\, you judges of the earth. Serve Yahweh with fear\, and rejoice with trembling. Give sincere homage to the Son\, lest he be angry\, and you perish in the way\, for his wrath will soon be kindled. Blessed are all those who take refuge in him.

SUMMARY:Virgin Mary's Story
DESCRIPTION:Have mercy on me\, God\, according to your loving kindness. According to the multitude of your tender mercies\, blot out my transgressions. Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity. Cleanse me from my sin. For I know my transgressions. My sin is constantly before me. Against you\, and you only\, have I sinned\, and done that which is evil in your sight; that you may be proved right when you speak\, and justified when you judge. Behold\, I was brought forth in iniquity. In sin my mother conceived me. Behold\, you desire truth in the inward parts. You teach me wisdom in the inmost place. Purify me with hyssop\, and I will be clean. Wash me\, and I will be whiter than snow. Let me hear joy and gladness\, That the bones which you have broken may rejoice. Hide your face from my sins\, and blot out all of my iniquities. Create in me a clean heart\, O God. Renew a right spirit within me. Don’t throw me from your presence\, and don’t take your holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation. Uphold me with a willing spirit. Then I will teach transgressors your ways. Sinners shall be converted to you. Deliver me from bloodguiltiness\, O God\, the God of my salvation. My tongue shall sing aloud of your righteousness. LORD\, open my lips. My mouth shall declare your praise. For you don’t delight in sacrifice\, or else I would give it. You have no pleasure in burnt offering. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit. A broken and contrite heart\, O God\, you will not despise. Do well in your good pleasure to Zion. Build the walls of Jerusalem. Then you will delight in the sacrifices of righteousness\, in burnt offerings and in whole burnt offerings. Then they will offer bulls on your altar.
